I love romantic comedies. Who wouldn’t love movies like “Runaway Bride”, “Pretty Woman”, “The Wedding Singer”, and “When Harry Met Sally.” Romantic comedies are fun, funny, and usually have some sort of deeper theme, although they are usually far from being serious. I love going to the movies and feeling better when I came out. How could you not feel better after seeing “The Wedding Singer” and seeing what Adam Sandler had to go through, then to see him end up with the cute Drew Barrymore? Who doesn’t know the “Pretty Woman” story and not fall in love with it? It’s pretty hard not to fall in love with Richard Gere and America’s sweetheart, Julia Roberts. Whatever type of movies a person likes, I think the most important thing is how it makes you feel after. If you remember what happened in that movie 10 years later, it was a good movie!

There was not much that I actually liked about middle school. For starters, there were very few people in my school that looked like me. While that’s not a bad thing necessarily, when other kids treat you like an outcast it doesn’t make you feel very good. Another thing I didn’t like about middle school is that I was constantly getting in trouble – for being tardy! I would get detention and be suspended all the time because I was late to classes. While some would say that I deserve my punishment, it wasn’t my fault that I was late. The other kids in my classes would be loud during class, so the teacher would punish us all and make us stay after class. Then, I would end up being late to the next class. All in all, middle school wasn’t a great experience but let’s just say that I am glad its over!

I drive a Kia Sorento and I really love it. We’ve had it for almost 5 years now and we have never had any major problems with it. It has a good amount of space and the seats are pretty comfortable. The front seats heat up in the winter which is a great thing to have!! Another great thing to have in the winter is a 4 wheel drive. There’s a huge difference between driving in the snow with 4WD and driving without it! When it gets hot, the Sorento has a sun roof which is perfect for those summer days. A sorento is just right for those people who want an SUV but not something too big. I think its just right for everyone!

I like all types of music. Well, ok, I’m not really into classical music but I still respect it. I love country, gospel, r&b, rock, christian, and pop music. I think any music that makes your body move or your soul stir, is good music. I think it’s important for everyone to realize the value in all types of music; that good music is really based on ones opinion. A talented musician may be one that can play several different types of instruments, or someone who just uses their voice as the instrument. Its really more about how the music makes you feel, rather than if its got a country twang or an r&b beat.

Ever since my husband and I got married almost 10 years ago, we had lived in either rented homes or in military housing. What lacks in both types of these places is privacy. One day you might hear your neighbors yelling and the next, have a kid playing right in front of your window. Recently, we moved into our first home. We love it! We have a yard for our daughter and our dog to play in and plenty of space. One of the best things about having our own home is not having to walk the dog. We can just let him out back and he is fine!! It’s really a time saver! Although having your own home means no more calling maintenance when something breaks, we will take that in exchange for having our own home with our own space to do with as we please.

Last night my family and I went to dinner at Buca di Beppo’s. We just moved to the area and had not visited this Buca’s, but we really liked the Buca’s that we visited in other cities. Unfortunately, this was the worst Buca’s experience we ever had. For starters, we were seated in the bar area. Dealing with a busy bartender is never good. Then, the complimentary bread was cold. If that wasn’t bad enough, our ceasar salad had onions and other things in it that usually don’t come in Caesar salads. The next bad thing was my bruschetta that I ate for dinner. The bread wasn’t cold, but it was weird bread, unlike the bread that I’ve had at other locations. Overall, we were not happy at this Buca di Beppo’s. I hope we have better luck next time. If we ever go back there that is!

Lets discuss video games. I have an Xbox 360 and I absolutely love it. The graphics for this platform are absolutely amazing, and the games are so interesting, with lush environments and interesting characters. Since the evolution of games, the stories are engaging and pull you into the plot. You are so excited for the next scene, the next chapter that you can’t resist playing. The videos in between game play are like watching a cinematic movie, rather than a game. With the amount of titles and genres available to the consumer, its no wonder that the Xbox 360 has outsold the PS3- the price is decent, and there are so many best selling titles on this platform.

My college days were the best days of my life. I learned more from the experience in general then from the classes. I learned how to live on my own and how to experience the world. There are so many people to socialize with that you are bound to find the perfect group of friends to fit your personality. Living on your own, paying your own bills, facing every day chores by yourself – it’s all an eye opening experience. I would strongly recommend living away from home when you go to college. You will be able to live on your own terms ( mostly ) and your own schedule. It’s hard to put into words exactly the lessons I’ve learned but they are type that you can’t describe, you have to experience them.

I own a nice desktop computer, although I have no idea what the brand is. It runs Windows Vista and it has a great flat screen LCD screen, which is perfect for watching movies on, or streaming television shows. I love the programs that came on my computer. I have a CD and DVD burner, which is great, as I love to download new movies to add to my collect. I also love the music applications on my computer. I can put so much music on my computer and my speakers are higher end, so the sound is perfect. My computer, however, seems to have 8 different security programs, and they are more of a nuisance than anything.
