My favorite Web site is snopes.com. Snopes.com is the best place to go when you get those forwarded emails from your friends that attempt to scare you with info about taxes, breast cancer screenings, political rants, etc. A quick search through Snopes will usually tell when the email originated and how much truth (usually very little) is contained in the email. Snopes collects and catalogues various urban legends which have appeared in both print and electronic media. In addition to invalidating those pesky forwarded messages, Snopes can just be great fun to browse around. You never know how much n nonsense people believe until you check out Snopes.com.

I would go back to those good old days when I was a child in elementary school. Those were the best days of my life. The days where skipping school and saying you were sick did not matter. No one cared about what you did, as long as it wasn’t substantially that bad. Life was good. It was all about playing games and enjoying the sports. There was no sense of responsibility and everything was a child’s playground. I miss the stress free days in life and if I had a chance I would definitely go back to those good old days and enjoy every minute of it without hesitation.

We people use dog collars on our pets to signify ownership, control, identification and medical information. These are all aspects of pet management that society requires. We also like to let other people know what we think about life and our particular pursuits of happiness, and that is where creative dog collars come in. We’re all accustomed to seeing a bulldog with a spiked leather collar, but it becomes hilarious when we see a Yorkie or a Chihuahua in one. Similarly, a Great Dane or a Doberman with pink leather dog collars studded with rhinestones and marabou feathers instantly seems anachronistic, and humorous. Dog collars can break the ice and start conversations with people we don’t know, and help our animals make new friends by removing barriers normally associated with specific breeds. A German shepherd with a chain collar might be intimidating; a German shepherd with a bandanna around his neck seems like someone you might want to play Frisbee with. We can let the dog collars we use speak volumes for our pets.

The hardest thing I had to do was write a 65 page paper on a topic I had no interest in. I find it very difficult to do something that is against my interests. It feels like suffocation for me. But when I have no choice and I need to meet requirements for a certain course, I have to push myself to do the paper. But I find myself getting unhappier by the minute. I am a freedom loving person and I hate doing something I just don’t want to do or something I have no interest in. Writing a 65 page paper on a topic that I had no interest in really frustrated me and made me hate the course, as well as the professor.
