I was waiting for her to get ready, as usual I wait around 30 minutes or 1 hour but this time She made me wait 2 hours. Finally she called and told me that she changed her mind about the place and I should go meet her at the sushi bar. I had some money on me but sushi is expensive here. I went there against better judgment (she was really hot so I was witched) And we went to the restaurant, everything was good the food the girl even the music was ok just instrumental and nothing of crazy j-pop. Then she went pale, her dad was behind me, a cousin saw us there and she called the dad. He was an officer and he began to question all my life because he wanted to prove to me that I was not worth the time of her daughter. So my expensive date became an expensive interrogation from the dad and I paid the whole bill. After that I was broke, she was grounded (she left saying she was going to go to the movies with her friends) guess I should cross out of my list girls with jealous parents and gossiper relatives.

I have to admit that even when I am scared that google will become this big monster that will control our lives, their service is pretty good, With all the problems that happened after the big privacy problem with the google buzz I realized that even with that, google is still the company I trust my primary e-mail, my calendar and my searches. I might try other companies for other services but Gmail is just great for me, I can make personalized filters, get it set up for Outlook or thunderbird without paying any extra money, I have huge amount of space for the mail, and an embedded chat. It’s a great service, it’s a great service, fast and precise on searches. I’m happy with it.

The morning alarm went off but today my first morning class was canceled. I woke up, cursed and went back to sleep, and of course I overslept and I missed the second class of the morning. As I get to school I see my advisor, he now wants to see me after class to lecture me about punctuality. The class is boring and we are left a big load of homework, As I go out of class I realize I have very little money and I left my credit card at home (I shouldn’t have bought that book in Amazon) since I have little money I can’t afford the nice cafeteria, I’ll have to get to the crappy one. Everything is going bad today and I feel worst every minute, that is when you grab my arm, look at me with your beautiful blue eyes and that big grin you give me everyday, that smile makes everything better, this is now the best day of my life, because your smile overwhelms any bad thing that happened today.

I should have known that getting a phone on a local company was a bad idea but the prices were so cheap I couldn’t help myself. Funny thing is that since I live in a big building with a lot of electronic equipment the electric stuff and the isolation that my great building offers against the outside cold and the noise of the street also means that the signal will be poor or in the case of this phone inexistent, but that wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the fact that every time I’m out of town I have to call the phone company otherwise I won’t get signal. And not only that but it takes them one day to get that done. So emergency trips mean also that people won’t be able to contact me. I can’t wait to the month to be over and the contract is done so I can switch for a better company.
