Out of Ordinary!

It has been raining cats and dogs for the last three days and Chennai is reeling under the terrible effect of the rain. I had to cancel many appointments and reschedule them to next week. Since most of my work requires me to travel to many of my clients’ office, I usually go to my office only in the evening after my visits to the clients. Since, most of my work has been put on hold , I have been forced to sit in my office without much work. Hence, I have been enjoying this short vacation and the lovely weather, sitting in my office and sipping hot coffee.

We should all drink energy drinks

Why? We spend a third of our lives sleeping and I am here today to tell you this isn’t necessary. With the high levels of caffeine and mental stimulating vitamins which are present in these energy drinks we are now able to stay awake up to 3 TIMES LONGER!! So by applying this method of drinking energy drinks everyday we can hope to reduce the amount of time spent asleep by up to 1/5 of our lives. Now as far as impacts go, if every American adopted this personal policy we would greatly increase our gross domestic product. Now why is this important? Well in today’s fast paced economy we need to get a leg up. In fact we need as many legs up as possible. Take china for instance, their economy is growing at a much greater rate than ours. With greater gdp growth we also see an increase of economic influence on the global geopolitical scale. When our financial interests are undermined, we ultimately lose profit and slow our economic progress. This also undermines OUR interests. Me. You. Mrs. Teacher lady. So, we take note that in order to secure our interests we must consume energy drinks. They would provide us with more hours of sustainable work, there by allowing for more American profit. If every American adopted this policy, the ultimate impact is that of extreme GDP growth. Now I don’t need to spell it out for you. If we DON’T drink energy drinks, it’ll be like Red Dawn all over again. Except instead Russian soldiers invading, it’ll be Chinese businessmen and bankers demanding cheap labor and high profit margins. Therefore, It is your god given DUTY to drink energy drinks.

What I wore today

I wore a pair of extremely soft dark blue cotton boxers. It was a bit drafty so I continued to put more clothing on until I was satisfied with my core temperature. This included a pair of thrift store levi 501’s that fit me extremely well for four dollars, and my black Agent Orange Skate Punk tee. Needless to say I looked extremely good. As it turned out, I needed to go and buy some food, So I put on some socks and shoes and went on my merry way. However when I got back to my house I found my self to be extremely warm. So I then continued to jump in my pool. In order to do this I had to adorn a pair of swimming shorts. I still looked good doing it.

I live in Florida. This place is hot and humid in the summer. It’s nice if your visiting for a week to go to Disney world or Universal but around the three week mark, you will begin to see my point. Also, it worth noting that a lot of the houses here have swimming pools in the back yard. This is due primarily to the extreme heat. But it has an ulterior motive, the conservation of water. See, air conditioning and Utilities bill gets pretty expensive in the summer. So swimming pools are utilized in order to lower the environmental impact of overt water usage to cool down and wash off sweat. Pools serve the same function as a bath, but have such a low water usage rate per use rate that it is by far the most environmental and economical choice. Also, Everyone is concerned about saving the manatees, So if you really need to, keep on in your swimming pool. They don’t do much so there is no need for extra water placement.

Anything in the world

If I could have anything in the world it would be a 100% effective renewable fuel source. Once this is achieved, all else will follow. The modern world is surrounded by a deep seated desire to obtain all they can to provide for their future children/grandchildren. They ultimately want power. Well give it to them. And while you’re at it, give it to everyone on earth. War is simply a device to obtain power and it is fueled by hate. If we eliminate the need for power, there is no use for war. If there is no use for war then the hatred that is used to fuel war will also cease. This is about as idealistic as possible. But If I can have anything in the world, I want to ultimately help the world.

Meaningful object

The object that means the most to me is my ipod. When It was given to me, I was preloaded with all my dad’s music. Music from his childhood. So as time went along I replaced his music with mine. I sought an identity of my own. Music, to me was an identity, So I sought something that was purely mine and mine alone. Obscure punk that none of my classmates ever heard of. It gave me a sense of individuality. But as time went on , I longed for my the music in which my dad gave me. The music was his, in effect giving himself to me. I then continued to hunt down all the music I had remembered listening to from the original ipod library. The ipod really isn’t all that important to me, but rather the memories that it contained.

For fun

I am not truly passionate about anything. I seem to be a jack of all trades. I love cooking, I love watching films, I love skating, and I adore classic punk rock. However I am not master of any of these. All of these hobbies could be turned into a career if I simply replaced my breadth of knowledge with depth of knowledge. But That would ultimately deteriorate what I truly enjoy, hedonism. I love mixing my pleasures, because it maximizes my enjoyment of these hobbies. When I cook and skate I listen to classic punk. When I watch movies, I eat my ‘creations’. It is definitely circular, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Childhood memories

My absolute favorite childhood memory is chilling with my best friends at Gaar Creek. I have a really hard time describing what it was like, but I had my entire life ahead of me. All my desires were fulfilled, I was truly happy. It was also when I first listened to Dark Side of the Moon. At that age I thought it just sounded cool. So I enjoyed it for its aesthetic sound. I could never go back to Gaar Creek, but I still had Darkside of the Moon. I listened to that for nostalgia. As I grew older, I started to understand the philosophical implications of the album. I now find it ironic that as I was seeking a time in which I was so carefree and bright eyed through an album that agrued that nostalgia pressures you to live in the past. In effect wasting your time.

My recent dinner

I think I made one of the most delicious burgers of all time yesterday. (My definition of time is restricted to my own experience, how selfish of me.) I went to my butcher and ordered exactly two thirds extra lean ground beef. I went to the fresh market and bought all my jalapeño, onion, tomato, and a single slice of pepper jack cheese (with more jalapeño). I then went to my bakery and ordered their finest hamburger bun. The total for all of this was roughly $5.65. I went home, cranked the stereo up and started grilling this magnificent compilation of wonderment. Twenty minutes passed and I had assembled my creation. One minute after said creation, I had finished my creation. I then continued to do nothing for the rest of the day but reflect on how delicious my burger was.

Imagine not being able to walk up and down the stairs, or having to jump up onto the couch when you wanted to sit or lie down. Fortunately we have a solution short of just having our pets not be able to sit on the furniture or lay on the bed. They are after all part of our family. The solution is dog steps and dog ramps. These can be used for a wide variety of situations and greatly improve your pets mobility. They can be used to get up and down off the bed and up and down from the furniture. These steps will save so much wear and tear on your pet’s joints and muscles you will probably see a marked improvement in his or her activity because they feel so much better.
