Although it might not seem that exciting, my Monday night dinner’s are always the same. I am a chef at a local Italian restaurant and have a flare for preparing stuffed shells. My husband always enjoys this meal, even though we have it on a weekly basis. I use a unique blend of cheeses to stuff my shells. Also, we have a delicious garlic bread and a freshly tossed salad to go along with the shells. To top the meal off we have a great red wine that accentuates the meal. I love this meal and can’t wait for next Monday to come along so I can enjoy it again.
